Tuesday, February 24  5pm ET / 2pm PT 

Join Fela Abioye, Sherita Hardy and Aaliyah Jordan for a special one hour session where you will gain practical strategies for navigating today’s workplace with confidence and intention. From building meaningful relationships and telling your professional story to seeking feedback, knowing your worth and creating a clear career vision, this discussion will provide real-world tools to help you position yourself for growth, opportunity and long-term success. Success at work takes more than talent and hard work—learn the unwritten rules!

Fela Abioye is a Managing Director at the Hartford with over 16 years of experience across leadership, commercial underwriting and claims. He is an active leader in the insurance community, serving on the NAAIA Houston Board and the IICF Associate Board. Fela is the founder of How to Corporate, a career development brand that equips professionals with practical tools to navigate the workplace and accelerate career growth. He is also the author of How to Corporate: Proven Lessons for Winning at Work and regularly partners with organizations, universities and professional associations, empowering professionals nationwide.

Sherita Hardy is Vice President of Relationship Development at Amwins, where she supports local and national initiatives focused on strengthening leadership, developing talent, and fostering a collaborative workplace culture that drives team efficiency. She is actively involved in several industry organizations, including serving as a member of the Amwins Steering Committee leading the Women in Leadership program, a member of the NAAIA National Board as Chapter Development Committee Chair, and a participant on the WSIA Talent Outreach Committee, among others. Hardy was recognized as an Insurance Business Hot 100 and Leading the Change honoree in 2020 and was named one of the 2025 Elite Women in March 2025.

Aliyah Jordan is a junior majoring in Risk Management & Insurance at Georgia State University's J. Mack Robinson College of Business. She serves as External Relations Chair for the Gamma Iota Sigma Zeta Chapter and as both an HBCU IMPACT and Robinson Ambassador. Aliyah has completed internships with Velocity Risk, AXIS Capital, and Bridge Specialty Group. This summer, she was selected as a Top Two WSIA intern and will intern with Lloyd's of London in summer 2026. In addition to her academic pursuits, she is the founder of ComfortHER, a nonprofit providing feminine hygiene products and essential care items to women experiencing homelessness and financial hardship. She is passionate about leadership, learning, and creating meaningful impact within her community.
