Whitnee is the executive director for Invest. She began her insurance career in 2012 as a licensed property-casualty agent. Prior to joining the insurance industry, Whitnee managed multiple nonprofit programs focused on youth development and college preparation in partnership with both middle and high schools, along with the foster care and juvenile justice systems. Whitnee is a graduate of the University of Michigan.

Johanna is focused on the management of volunteer recruitment and retention efforts across insurance agencies, companies and associations including IIABA state associations. She also oversees our Scholarship Program. She has a background in early childhood education, corporate sales and event planning. Johanna is a graduate of Bradley University.

Erika is focused on the recruitment and retention of Invest programs taking place within schools and workforce development programs. Prior to her work with Invest, Erika previously worked at the Center for Excellence in Education where she taught high school students about various STEM career paths while also surrounding them with an ecosystem of top industry professionals and innovators. Erika is a graduate of Washington University.
