Career Choice is an innovative Amazon program designed to upskill Amazon employees who are interested in pursuing a future outside of Amazon.
By partnering with Invest to deliver training for high-demand careers, Amazon offers eligible employees the tools they need to pursue their aspirations.

Amazon will cover 95% of your tuition for the Invest Insurance Education program as long as you have $3,000 available in 'Career Choice' tuition assistance.
Invest will waive the remaining 5% of your tuition, meaning your out-of-pocket tuition will be ZERO.

Space is limited and 'Career Choice' vouchers are approved on a first-come, first-served basis. The deadline to apply is May 5, 2021.

Most employees are eligible to apply after one continuous year of full-time employment. If eligible, you can apply up to 90 days before your one-year anniversary.
Eligibility requirements may vary based on whether you are part-time, full-time, hourly or salaried.
