Invest Kickstart Initiative

Learn about our nationwide effort to launch new Invest Programs in schools that have never had access to this kind of opportunity.

October 28, 2025

The insurance industry is full of opportunity—but many students never learn about it until much later in life. The Invest Kickstart Initiatives are changing that by bringing insurance education directly into high school classrooms, with the help of passionate volunteers from across the industry.

What is the Kickstart Initiative?
The Kickstart Initiative is a nationwide effort to launch new Invest Programs in schools that have never had access to this kind of opportunity. The goal is to build local teams of volunteers including agents, underwriters, claims adjusters, sales professionals and more who work together to bring the program to life in their communities.

Already Making an Impact Across the Country
Kickstart teams have already launched in several major cities across the U.S., including Atlanta, Chicago, Columbus, Dallas, Detroit, Jacksonville, Orlando, Saint Louis, Central New York and Phoenix. These teams are actively working to bring the Invest program to their local schools in an effort to help demystify the insurance industry.

How It Works: Four Phases to Success

  1. Discover – Learn about Invest and explore opportunities in your area.
  2. Connect – Build relationships with educators and fellow volunteers.
  3. Commit – Choose your level of involvement and help plan classroom engagement.
  4. Implement – Deliver lessons, mentor students, or speak at events with full support from the Invest team.

  • Empower Students: Help young people discover meaningful career paths.
